I believe most people who use the Internet are educated enough to know that they should never respond to any request for personal or identifying information. I report e-mails like this to my Internet provider. Actually the phishing fraud alert scams I have received purportedly sent by Wells Fargo, Downey Savings, Barclays Bank, PayPal, EPPI Card, the IRS, National Credit Union Authority and the FBI are more disturbing to me because even though I have reported the e-mails, most companies never respond to let you know they have taken this fraudulent e-mail seriously.
